The Online Registry of Biomedical Informatics Tools (ORBIT) Project is a community-wide effort to create and maintain a structured, searchable metadata registry for informatics software, knowledge bases, data sets and design resources. This site is not a repository for the resources; it is a registry that provides links to the resources as submitted by the authors. To submit a resource, please login or register. Login is not required to search the repository.
